General

1. Goods are subject to availability and may vary from those advertised.
2. You must decide before ordering if the goods are suitable for your needs.
3. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for items shown on our website with an incorrect price or with any other incorrect information.

Prices and Payment

4. Our advertised prices are NET price. No other additional charges will be imposed to the final amount except surcharge imposed on selected payment mode.
5. We accept payment by Cheque, Credit or Debit card (MasterCard & Visa only), Telegraphic Transfer and PayPal.
6. We remain owners of the goods you purchase until you have paid for all of them in full. We can retrieve and resell them if they are not paid for. This applies to all goods we supply to you and to any money owing in respect of any transaction with you.
7. Customers shall pay interest of 1.5% per month or at the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is the greater, for any late payment.

Shipping & Delivery

8. Delivery is done by HTP Singapore Pte Ltd or our appointed delivery agent. We offer delivery service anywhere in Singapore for orders
over $200 (excl. GST),Otherwise, flat delivery rate at S$15 will be applied.
Kindly refer to our FAQ for further details. Should you not receive your goods, please kindly give us a call at 6483-4989.
9. If the goods do not arrive or are incomplete, are the wrong goods or are damaged when you open them, you must call us within 2 days of receipt at 6483-4989.
10. It is the buyer responsibility to examine the products on arrival. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us in writing to htpsg@htp.sg. If HTP Singapore Pte Ltd does not receive such notification, the delivery is deemed accepted by the buyer.

Cancellation

11. You may cancel an order which has not been processed and paid. Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled unless it is agreed in writing by our authorised representative.

Confirmation of Orders

12. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing full details of your order. And our representative will be contacting you shortly to confirm your order and advise you on the delivery date of the goods. Goods will normally take 1-2 business days to deliver.

Returns

13. It is your responsibility to check the goods on delivery. All our goods are sold to you with the benefit of the manufacturer’s warranty. We will accept returns of faulty goods notified to us within 2 days of delivery.
14. If you change your mind we may take the goods back at our discretion if they are unopened, unused and in perfect condition. There will be a handling charge of 25% of the purchase price (or S$100 whichever is greater) plus a collection charge of S$30 for this service. Please contact our Customer Support at 6483-4989.
15. Please note we do not accept returns of delivered orders, and opened software unless it is faulty.

Guarantee and Liability

16. You get the benefit of the manufacturer’s warranty in respect of all the goods we sell. Please note that we do not provide any warranties ourselves in respect of the goods and we exclude any warranties express or implied by statute, common law or of any other kind.
